Built into law.za is a Voice and Fax tool.  This means that you will be able to send fax messages directly from your law.za e-mail account.  Your e-mail address will be linked to your very own VAX number where voice and fax messages may be sent.

This number may, at your election, replace your fax line and fax machine, saving your practice overheads in stationery and Telco costs.

Use your VAX number to store important voice messages, as a Dictaphone for your own thoughts or to receive your secretary’s messages. Whether traveling or overseas your personal out of office assistant will hold your diverted messages and your diverted faxes as well as deliver those sent directly to it. The costs of International Roaming on the cellular networks can be substantially reduced by diverting your cellphone to your VAX number before you leave for overseas. When you retrieve your email you will get all your messages at no extra cost. You can record a voice message at your own VAX number and when it arrives in your inbox you can broadcast that message to multiple e-mail address.
