For all litigation attorneys, this is the solution to failing administration in the offices of the Registrars of the High Court.  We have opened the way for you to agree to exchange pleadings and notices in a designated forum, exclusive to the attorneys for parties in a particular litigation matter, with facility to e-mail registered users thereof notice of filing of pleadings and notices.  In time, law.za may invite the judges and advocates to participate so that they too may have access to such forums, thereby promoting efforts to introduce workable case management systems.

All forums are available 24 hrs a day and are backed up on a daily basis with offsite backup facilities.
